Forest Nash is a natural bodybuilding champion and online fitness and nutrition coach currently based in Melbourne, Australia. He is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, RP Certified Nutrition Coach, and holds a Certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University. He is also a member of the Vegan Strong PlantBuilt team, the largest organization of competitive vegan strength and physique athletes in the world.
Forest was raised as an ethical vegetarian from birth, and has been vegan since 2015. He specializes in using evidence-based training and whole-food plant-based nutrition to help people lose fat and build muscle in a healthy and sustainable way. We’ll kick things off at SingleSpeed Brewing Co. for food, drinks, and great conversation with fellow plant-based eaters.
Afterward, we’ll head to a performance of Sweeney Todd the Musical by Waterloo Community Playhouse/Black Hawk Children’s Theatre for a memorable night of theatre together.
Come for one part of the evening or stay for both. It’s a great chance to connect, enjoy vegan-friendly options, and experience a unique night out in the Cedar Valley.
