Plant is a vegan restaurant in Asheville, North Carolina. Plant makes “scratch made” vegan food, signature cocktails, serves organic and biodynamic wines, and local brews to travelers and locals since they were established in 2011. On the premise of their ethical underpinning, Plant puts a lot of pride into their work. Plant builds lots of different flavors and textures using local produce from local farmers. At the end of the day, they’re happy with what they do because it satisfies their ethics and chef based cuisine.

I’ve been a customer and fan of Plant, Jason, and the crew since its inception in 2011. Every visit has been excellent. There’s a reason why Plant is constantly rated one of the best vegan restaurants on the country…come see why for yourself!

It was so awesome seeing Dr. Garth Davis speak there. And the food was best as always, love plant!!!!!!!!!!
