I began to have problems with headaches back in 2016 and I slowly began a little at a time changing my diets when I got a job as a Vegan Chef. I have been cooking and been a chef for almost 20 years I told myself well since I am cooking it everyday I might as well. Start eating it and as I slowly changed my diet my headaches went away.
