Rochester Lifestyle Medicine Institute (RLMI) is a leader in lifestyle medicine education, with the mission to establish lifestyle medicine (LM), especially the adoption of Whole-Food Plant-Based (WFPB) nutrition, as the foundation for health and the healthcare system. 

RLMI provides evidence-based Whole Food Plant nutrition and lifestyle medicine education interventions to individuals, medical patients and medical professionals.

RLMI’s primary programs include the 15-day Whole-Food, Plant-Based Jumpstart*, Lift* and CHIP. All three are ACLM certified, facilitated, offered via Zoom, and fee-based. 

RLMI offers 2 self-paced courses: A Plant-Based Diet: Eating for Health and Happiness and our Jumpstarting Health: Foundations* (exclusively for medical professionals).

Additional offerings include alumni support, and two free monthly events: Lifestyle as Medicine lecture series, and our Lifestyle Medicine Grand Rounds* (exclusively for medical professionals).
