- College Degree
As a Registered and Licensed Dietitian, I have been counseling individuals and families on diet, nutrition, and overall health for over 16 years. Since becoming a Board Certified Practitioner with the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, I also address other lifestyle factors like exercise, sleep quality and connectivity. My mission is to meet clients where they are and help guide them toward their long and short-term goals. Guiding clients towards a plant-based eating pattern helps them attain the goals they seek, whether that means weight loss, improved labs or a general overall feeling of well-being.
Why I love my work: When I guide clients in making lifestyle changes, they typically see big improvements in their health and they stay motivated to keep up the good work. This is very fulfilling!
I am an active member of my community, participating in group presentations, panels, protests and more. For more information, please visit my website at www.MarlaAblon.com.
