My name is Jeff Adams. I started Vegan Walk after 6 years of being a vegan and not really knowing much about “what to eat” only “what not to eat”. I just didn’t have time to learn how to prepare healthy meals until late October 2017 when I started taking daily walks.
During my walks I would listen to various doctors and other seasoned vegans on YouTube. I started learning so much and digging deeper beyond that. I started a pretty strict “whole-food, plant based diet” and doing a lot more in the kitchen. I started feeling really great!
A couple months later I had to have my blood work done for insurance. The last time I had it done was 2011, right before I went vegan. The results showed that at 44 years old in many ways I was healthier than I was when I was 37.
I really wanted to share what I was learning. So I put together VeganWalk.com so that I can share with my friends, family, and even strangers all the great things about a vegan lifestyle and how easy it is to take on the best diet ever, a whole-food, plant based vegan diet!
