Vegan Activist Training Coordinator
Details
I’m the Vegan Activist Training Coordinator for Peace Advocacy Network. We have created a free, online certification program for vegan activists.
I became vegan in 2014 initially to see how it could improve my health. After attending Save vigils in my home state in NC, I became involved in many forms of vegan activism, including setting up a program in my previous workplace. I also volunteer and support animal sanctuaries, including Piedmont Farm Animal Refuge and Ziggy’s Refuge Farm Sanctuary.
I also runs a Shao-Lin Kung Fu school in NC. Kung Fu was what inspired me to become vegan, as Kung Fu’s philosophy is to do the least harm possible.
