Shari Gittleman Vegan Since:03/01/2010
I stopped eating animals nearly 30 years ago when I realized I couldn’t love them and eat them too. For years I was vegetarian—still consuming dairy and eggs—until I learned the truth about the industries behind those products. In 2010, I made the full transition to veganism, and I’ve never felt more aligned with my values.
For the past 8 years, I’ve followed a high raw vegan lifestyle, which has been transformative for my physical and emotional health. Eating this way has helped me heal from chronic issues, boost my energy, and feel more connected to nature and purpose.
I believe going vegan is one of the kindest choices we can make—for the animals, for ourselves, and for the planet. Whether you’re just starting or years into your journey, I’m here to support and inspire anyone choosing compassion.
