Few certified health coaches are versed in the intricacies of the plant-based lifestyle. I’m different. I’ve been plant-based since 2015 and trained in plant-based nutrition at the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies and eCornell as well as the Rouxbe Cooking Academy. Using that information and translating it to actionable steps, I help simplify and guide clients through every step of their health journey, using nutrient-dense food and lifestyle to lead the way. My focus is on personalizing the shift towards a plant-predominant lifestyle so clients can customize it to fit their unique lives while understanding how food works for the body (without getting too science-y).
People get compassionate coaching from me plus the information they desire, which is the type of support they’ve longed for. This creates an experience women enjoy to get results that last.
I know the power that women have impacting this world to make it a better place. I want them to be healthy and strong to use their unique giftings for a long time to come. That’s why I wrote the Second Youth Wellness Method course. Through it, I have seen women achieve things they never thought possible and move forward with confidence building a life they previously only dreamed of.
