i haven’t made this *exact* recipe actually, but very close to it and when i first cut out oil a couple years ago jeff’s cookie recipe video was the first inspiration for a treat made without any! i’ve made sooo many modifications off this too, as long as you have the basics you can get really creative 🙂 thanks for sparking the great cookie transformation for me jeff! 🙂
